Fee Structure

Fee structure

NOBODY WILL BE EXCLUDED DUE TO ABILITY TO PAY.

My fees are out-of-pocket: I am not signed up with any insurance, including government programs.

My fee structure is a list of recommended fees that are flexible. You know your financial situation; it is my belief that medical care should not keep people from other needs like food, housing, care of children, and prudent savings. But it is my belief that anyone who receives needs to give back, one way or another.

I have a basic fee that covers costs and is in line with others in the area. But there are suggested payment levels for people of different financial circumstances. If you are blessed with financial abundance you may want to pay more to offset the costs of those who are struggling. If you are of more moderate means please choose that level. If money is very tight please go lower. And if things are really tough don’t be afraid to say so.

If you can’t afford to pay money for this service, my question is how you will pay it forward, or pay it back to society. I need not be the recipient.

If you are on medical assistance (Badgercare) you are not allowed to pay a physician for medical services; if you do, you risk losing your coverage. In that case, think about how you will pay back. Contribute to the food pantry, or volunteer there, for example.

Therapists who have specific training and experience with ketamine-assisted therapy may want to have you take ketamine in their office. This is generally done with dissolving oral troches. The target level is usually psycholytic: awake and in your surroundings, but with a very altered perception.

I am not prepared to prescribed lozenges for this purpose. I hope, in the future, to have space where your therapist can meet with you after I give a “psycholytic” dose.

Remember that these are recommended fees.
